Customer Cancellation Policy for all ComputerTree Professional Training courses:

Cancel a registration more than 30 days prior to the start date of the class:
Customer is entitled to a full refund or reschedule without penalty. Cancellation must be provided by written notice and receipt of notice must be confirmed by both parties.

Cancel a registration between 15 - 30 days prior to the start date of the class:
Customer is entitled to a full class credit which must be used within 6 months of the original class date for another course offered at a Computer Tree Training Center. Cancellation must be provided by written notice and receipt of notice must be confirmed by both parties.

Cancel a registration between 8 -15 days prior to the start date of the class:
No refunds. Customer may request a class credit, but a 20% rescheduling fee will be charged. Course must be scheduled within 6 months of the original class date for another course offered at a Computer Tree Training Center.

Cancel a registration 8 days or less prior to the start date of the class.
No refunds, no class credits, and no rescheduling.
