You need constant, uninterrupted, performance from your Apple... or your network of 1000 Apples. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, ComputerTree offers expert warranty and non-warranty repair services as well as AppleCare services and upgrades.

We tailor our maintenance and support services to your needs, from basic hardware/software assistance to complete network and systems support, data backup, transfer and recovery. As appropriate to the task, work can be performed at your site or ours.

ComputerTree provides consultation, from initial planning through roll-out and beyond, for situations ranging from software applications to network infrastructure to field deployment. Our extensive experience with cross-platform integration allows us to think outside the box when helping you determine your technology needs.

We can support you on demand or on schedule, either via pay-as-you-go or via service contract. Discounted blocks of prepaid coverage start at 25 hours. More comprehensive agreements can include 24/7 support and remote management to provide various degrees of dedicated service. Beyond repair services, we also provide onsite contract staffing, allowing you to temporarily expand your existing IT department during times of high demand.

For many small businesses and some home users, ComputerTree is their entire IT department. Our service staff can help you address all your technical issues, whether they be hardware repairs, software updates, or just a reassuring voice over the phone.

Certification and Training

Our technicians and engineers hold multiple Apple certifications. When you need the very best, our professional service staff is recognized industry-wide for its technical expertise and in-depth knowledge with these qualifications:

Service Rates

In-Shop hourly rate: $95.00 (one hour minimum)
On-Site hourly rate: $125.00 (plus a zone dependent travel fee)
Network/Server rate: $160.00
Apple Warranty: Free!
