To provide that depth of field, ComputerTree specializes in recruiting and developing top technology professionals, strongly favoring those who have had experience seeing the world from a client's perspective. We continually train and certify our staff to the highest possible level of competency, an investment we see as vital to our ability to deliver excellent service.
Long before the term outsourcing became commonplace, major corporations and educational institutions were doing exactly that with ComputerTree: bringing a highly focused team of experts to bear on specific projects without having to plan what to do with all that extra staff once the project was up and running.
Our business model serves ongoing operations as well. Many clients have a continuing need for a highly specialized job skill (such as cross-platform IT expertise), yet not enough of a need to justify hiring a full-time employee. A typical work week for many of our ComputerTree staff finds them on-site at the clients' offices for extended periods to augment the existing IT staff.
