Apple Specialist
Apple Specialists are independent Apple Computer resellers which over time have demonstrated exceptional, consistent, and comprehensive knowledge of Apple technology, offers its entire line of hardware and software, complete service and support for branded products, and have been designated as Specialist by the manufacturer.

Apple Service Provider
The Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) program is designed to help qualifying resellers, integrators, and/or service providers offer customers "best-in-class" service and support. Authorized Apple resellers, integrators, and/or service-only providers are eligible for Apple Service Provider authorization. Apple Service Providers perform upgrades, setup and installation, warranty repairs, and other value-added services.

Apple Reseller
The Apple Reseller program is designed for companies reselling hardware and software solutions that incorporate Apple products. In retail locations nationwide, resellers offer face-to-face consultation and sales to consumers and small-to-medium sized businesses.

Apple Training Center
The training centers within this program deliver Apple’s proprietary developed courses on Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server in Apple approved facilities through trainers who have met and maintained Apple’s highest quality standard.
